Roasted Red Pepper Hummus |

Recipe for Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- In the food processor:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can canellini beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ C roasted red pepper
- ⅓ C tahini
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp salt
- Puree away! Place in serving dish, drizzle a little olive oil on top (I use lemon olive oil)
