Apple Sausage
A brunch staple at our house is Apple Sausage - love it. When we moved from California, I called the butcher that I used to buy it from and he was kind enough to share his recipe. He made the sausage into links, I simplified it by making patties. The taste is pretty spot on - give it a go - I bet you'll love it as much as we do.
