Belgian Waffles

Belgian Waffles a la Mom Ingrediants 1 packet yeast 3 cups warm milk 2 sticks butter, melted ½ cup sugar 3 egg yolks 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups flour 3 egg whites
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In large mixing  bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  2. whisk in butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, salt, and flour.
  3. Cover and let rise 1½ hours.
  4. Stir.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Fold into batter.
  7. Cook in waffle iron.
