Tuna Salad with a Kick begins with all the same ingredients as the traditional tuna salad, just a few more additions it’s sooo much better.
A little curry powder, a little fresh Parmesan, and a little dill…yum
Of course, it can be served on crackers or in a sandwich….we opted to slice a fresh homegrown tomato and serve the tuna salad in it.
Ingredients
- 7 oz can chunk white tuna in water
- 5 tablespoons mayonaise (I use veganaise - taste preference)
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish (could use sweet)
- 1 teaspon minced onion
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- ⅛ teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- blend all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
- Serve in a sandwich, on crackers, or with a fresh tomato
