On the Menu Monday October 3-8

My menu offerings this week are taking a twist from warm weather fare to cooler weather.

Monday - chili with cornbread
 Tuesday - left over chili :-) love two days out of one cooking session

Wednesday - pork tenderloin with roasted veggies (parsnips, carrots, sweet potatoes,and Brussels sprouts)

Thursday - big salad
Friday - out to dinner

Saturday - Giada's Carbonara
