Family Dinner Party

My mother had the right idea when she invited us over for dinner last week for Chinese food.......

On the menu was Szechuan Shrimp...

Chicken with Snow Peas...

Beef with Broccoli....

Fried Dumplings....

and Bar-B-Q Ribs...

The food was delicious, the conversation was fun, best of all - it was easy peasy....

A dinner party doesn't have to be a lot of work or stress - the point is the visit after all. Following a dessert of ice cream from Kline's Dairy Bar (our local to-die-for ice cream shop) we played a game of Yahtzee - and I won. Yay!!!!
