I'm joining in the fun at Stone Gable for On the Menu Monday. I've come to the conclusion that I need to post a re-cap of what we had on our plates last week so that I have photos to include. So here we go.....
Monday - Tomato and Cannellini Bean soup with basil and cod, crusty bread for dipping
Tuesday - BBQ rib sandwiches with coleslaw and fresh corn. I could have made these, but I didn't. I bought them at Costco......I boiled the corn - yea!!
Wednesday - Chinese take-out
Thursday - Thai - I notice a theme developing here......
Friday - Ham, sweet potatoes, and salad
Saturday- grilled pizza with chicken and peppers
Sunday - was our youngest son's 27th birthday (yikes!) for breakfast we had Blueberry French Toast with ham and strawberries.
Birthday Dinner was prepared by our oldest son - it was a fabulous creation all cooked on the grill. I'll return for Foodie Friday with all the delicious details but until then, here's a sneak peak at dessert....
