I’m once again taking advantage of going to dinner at my mother’s house, camera in hand….. Sometimes I love the look of stacked dishes, however my mother’s table demonstrates that for a casual family dinner – a simple setting is pretty, if you have pretty pieces…
The recipes were from 10-Minute Cuisine, so simple and delicious….Fresh pasta is one of the keys to the 10 timeline.
The chicken is cubed and stir-fried, so easy…..

Chicken with sesame seeds, pasta, and snow peas
Chicken Sesame Stir-Fry
Chicken Strips with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
- 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- sesame seeds - a handful - sorry, it's what the recipe says
- 2 snipped scallions
- 1T soy sauce
- few drops of chili sauce
- fresh cilantro - a few leaves, snipped
- dash of sesame oil
- fresh pasta - i package
- 1 Cup snow peas
Instructions
- cut chicken breasts into strips
- Heat 1T oil in wok.
- Stir-fry sesame seeds with scallions 1 minute.
- Add the chicken strips and stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame oil.
- Season with sea salt and fresh pepper.
- cook fresh pasta according to package directions
- steam snow peas for 1 minute.
Notes
The chicken can be served beside the pasta and snow peas or over the top
