We began with four “small bites”. The first consisted of St Andre cheese, kiwi, strawberry, and balsamic glaze…
Fresh Mozzarella, Italian sausage tortellini, fresh basil, and pesto….
Corn pudding (a favorite of the b-day guy)…
Mushroom quiche……
Dinner was one of my son’s favorite meals…..
Rustic mashed Yukon gold potatoes, roasted carrots, and meatloaf with caramelized onions…..
Dessert was all Giancarlo, we love his cakes…..
